When it comes to turning around distressed assets, InspiRE ​has you covered. With 30+ years of experience, we focus on optimizing asset value to help lenders navigate the financial, operational, and legal challenges unique to distressed properties.

InspiRE serves as the “quarterback” of the asset services team by providing a principal-level single point of contact. Through our in-house resources and established partnerships with accountants, attorneys, property managers, construction managers, and brokerage professionals, we work seamlessly to achieve the best possible results in a fluctuating real estate market.

We provide consulting services starting when a loan is identified as a potential distressed asset (in many cases before it has been placed on a formal “watch list”) – and then through receivership, foreclosure, and disposition.

As a court-appointed receiver, we temporarily take possession of distressed properties to preserve their value and prevent actions that might harm the lender’s or servicer’s interests.
